Executive Recruiter Responsibilities

  • Use recruiting and networking platforms, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, field-specific sites, and social media to advertise job vacancies for open positions
  • Review applications and short-list candidates, conducting interviews with suitable candidates
  • Conduct all necessary checks on candidates, including background checks and reference checks, to verify qualifications
  • Present candidate profiles to other relevant team members, seeking input on hiring decisions
  • Build and/or maintain a recruitment database of top talent in [industry]
  • Issue job offers to chosen candidates

Executive Recruiter Requirements
